There are two reasons that I want you to check out this website:

http://www.craigslistmarketinganimal.com/

1) The Craigslist marketing technique is a great way to generate tons of FREE mortgage and real estate leads. If you haven’t already watched the videos, you have to check them out!

2) The other reason I want you to look at my website is because it is an excellent example of a killer “Squeeze Page.” A squeeze page is an Internet Marketing term for a page that is designed to “squeeze” your email address out of you.

Take a good look at this website and notice how simple it is:

http://www.craigslistmarketinganimal.com/

It is just a video … a big red arrow pointing to a couple lines of text … a place to enter your email address … and a “Send” button.

About 30% of the people who go to that web page enter their email address. That is an incredibily high “opt-in” ratio, as we call it in the Internet Marketing business.

Now, I’d like to take great for designing that page, but in reality I “borrowed” the design from Internet Marketing guru Frank Kern. Frank used a very similar page design to sell more than $5 MILLION worth of his marketing training course in just a couple of days.

So the point I am trying to make is that when I am showing you effective marketing techniques I am also USING effective marketing techniques on you.

In other words, I practice what I preach.

I will be continuing to explain my marketing techniques as I show you other great programs in the future.
